What does Financify do?
Financify is an accounting and tax consultancy in Tashkent. We provide more than 100 services, including bookkeeping, tax returns, payroll and HR, company registration, EEISVO, audit and financial advisory. Our founding principle: Financify means trust.
Why outsource rather than hire an accountant?
Outsourcing is usually cheaper — no salary, payroll tax, desk or software to pay for. It's also safer: if an accountant is ill or leaves, the work doesn't stop because a whole team stands behind them. And you get the combined experience of a team across many industries, not one person.
Which businesses do you work with?
Sole proprietors, LLCs, foreign-owned companies, IT Park residents and representative offices, across trade, services, IT, construction, manufacturing, logistics and hospitality.
Which languages do you work in?
Uzbek, Russian and English. For foreign founders we prepare reports and explanations in English.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Documents move over Telegram, email or Didox, and returns are filed electronically, so we work with clients anywhere in Uzbekistan. We're happy to meet at our Tashkent office if you prefer.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement with every client. Only the specialists assigned to you can access financial and payroll data, and access is controlled.
What if you make a mistake that causes a fine?
We take responsibility for our work, and the terms of our liability are written clearly into the contract. We aim to catch and fix any error before anyone else does — that's what our tax calendar and two-stage review are for.
Who signs the returns?
Returns are signed with your own E-IMZO key. You can delegate it to us under a power of attorney or approve each return yourself — your choice.
How do I keep control of my books?
Every month you get a short summary of revenue, costs, taxes and deadlines. You can ask a question on Telegram at any time and get a copy of any document. All the data belongs to you.
What determines the price?
Price depends on your tax regime (turnover tax or VAT), how many documents and bank transactions you have each month, your headcount and whether you import or export. The calculator gives you an estimate in a minute.
Is the price fixed?
Yes — within your plan the monthly price is fixed. If your volume goes beyond the plan's limits, we agree it with you first. No surprise invoices.
Is the first consultation paid?
No, the first consultation is free. We look at your situation, point out the risks and give you a firm price — with no obligation.
How long is the contract?
The contract is open-ended and can be ended with 30 days' notice. If you leave, we hand over all documents and data in full.
What is the turnover tax rate in 2026?
In 2026 the standard rate is 4%. Sole proprietors and self-employed people with annual turnover under UZS 1 billion pay 1%, and marketplace sellers pay 4%. The reporting period changed from quarterly to monthly, so a return is due every month.
When must I register for VAT?
Once annual turnover exceeds 12,000 BCU you must move to the general regime — VAT and corporate income tax. From 2026, first-time switchers are exempt from CIT for one tax period.
What is the 6% simplified VAT?
From 1 June 2026 to 1 January 2030, businesses in trade, catering and services can opt into 6% VAT. Input VAT isn't credited, but your buyers can still credit it; corporate income tax is 0% and no CIT return is filed.
How much is the BCU (BHM)?
The base calculation unit (BHM in Uzbek, БРВ in Russian) is used to set tax thresholds and fines. The current value is shown in the tax calculator on this site and updated whenever it changes.
When are tax returns due?
The key dates: by the 15th of each month — personal income tax, social tax and turnover tax; by the 20th — VAT; by the 23rd — the CIT advance. If a date falls on a weekend it moves to the next working day. The full list is in our tax calendar.
When is the statutory audit due?
By 15 June of the year after the reporting year. Only firms on the Register of Audit Organisations may carry it out, under International Standards on Auditing.
How do we get started?
Four steps: 1) a free consultation and a look at your books; 2) a firm price and contract; 3) we take over documents and access; 4) your dedicated accountant starts work. Usually within 2–3 days.
How do I send documents?
However suits you: Telegram, email, Didox or courier. Electronic invoices arrive automatically through Didox, so you don't need to forward them.
How do we switch from our current accountant?
We organise the handover ourselves: documents, the 1C database, E-IMZO keys and soliq.uz access. We review the books and give you a written report on any errors we find.
How quickly do you respond?
During working hours we usually reply on Telegram within 15 minutes, and the same day for complex questions.
Tell us what's going on and we'll call you back
We call during working hours, flag the risks and quote a firm price. No obligation.
